Travel Booking Terms & Itinerary Guidelines

Travel Booking

•       Any individual (hereinafter referred to as “the Guest”) who makes an enquiry regarding, or proceeds to purchase, any travel-related product or service offered by A2Z Trip—whether through the Company’s official website, branch office, authorized sales outlet, or customer care centre—shall be deemed to have entered into a contractual agreement with A2Z Trip (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). This agreement shall become legally binding upon both parties upon confirmation of the booking and receipt of the registration amount or applicable advance payment. Upon execution of this contract, the Guest and A2Z Trip are both deemed to be legally bound by the ‘Terms and Conditions’ published on the official A2Z Trip website and/or detailed in the travel planner or booking documents provided to the Guest at the time of transaction.

•       By initiating a booking, submitting personal information, providing explicit consent for the processing of the reservation, and remitting the prescribed registration amount, the Guest confirms their interest in participating in the selected tour package. This process shall be interpreted as the Guest’s declaration that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the applicable ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the Company. No booking shall be considered valid without the Guest’s acceptance of these terms.

•       Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of booking in order to legally enter into a binding agreement with A2Z Trip. Any bookings made by individuals under the age of eighteen must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or a duly authorized adult representative, who shall assume all responsibilities and liabilities on behalf of the minor guest.


•       Guests are advised that hotel check-in procedures are subject to the individual policies of each property, which may vary based on location, local regulations, and internal guidelines. In certain cases, hotels may impose restrictions on room occupancy based on the relationship status of the guests or the type of identification provided at check-in. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that guests inform A2Z Trip in advance of any special rooming requirements or personal circumstances that may require confirmation from the hotel prior to arrival. Failure to disclose such details in advance may result in denial of check-in by the hotel, for which A2Z Trip shall not be held responsible. No claims for refund, adjustment, or compensation shall be entertained in such instances.


•       In the case of tour packages, the Guest acknowledges that no refunds shall be provided for any services, activities, meals, accommodations, or transportation options that are included in the tour itinerary but remain unutilized, whether in full or in part. The Guest’s choice to decline or not participate in any aspect of the scheduled program shall not entitle them to any monetary or service-related compensation. The use of services is strictly voluntary, and any decision to opt out lies solely at the discretion of the Guest.


•       A2Z Trip strongly advises that all guests follow the designated tour itinerary to ensure a smooth, cost-effective, and coordinated travel experience. Should any Guest, for personal reasons, choose to deviate from the scheduled itinerary—whether by arranging alternative accommodations, separate transport, additional sightseeing, or unplanned activities—any additional expenses incurred as a result of such deviations shall be borne solely by the Guest. The Company shall not be held responsible for the reimbursement of any unutilized services or for costs arising due to the Guest’s deviation from the official itinerary.


•       Furthermore, the Guest explicitly acknowledges and accepts that A2Z Trip, in the capacity of a travel organizer, functions strictly as an intermediary or agent between the Guest and the various third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, guides, local operators, and other suppliers of travel-related services. Accordingly, A2Z Trip disclaims any direct or indirect liability for any deficiencies in services, delays, inconvenience, loss of baggage, injury, illness, accident, personal harm, death, or any other damages—pecuniary or otherwise—suffered by the Guest as a result of the actions, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any third-party service providers. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising out of events beyond its control unless such event is directly caused by the gross negligence of A2Z Trip or its authorized representatives.


Travel Itinerary’s

•       A2Z Trip endeavours to execute all tours in accordance with the original itinerary provided to the guest at the time of booking or as published through the Company’s official communication platforms, including but not limited to brochures, websites, and promotional material. Such itineraries are constructed based on data, conditions, and logistical availability known and accessible at the time of preparation. However, it is expressly acknowledged and accepted by the guest that all published itineraries are subject to variation, modification, or amendment due to prevailing or unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances may include, without limitation, alterations in government or administrative regulations, delays or cancellations in airline, rail, or road transportation, the unavailability of accommodations, natural calamities, acts of God, and changes in sightseeing accessibility, civil disturbances, or any similar disruptive factors that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company.


•       Accordingly, A2Z Trip reserves the unconditional right to alter, modify, revise, re-sequence, or cancel any part of the tour itinerary, either prior to the scheduled departure date or while the tour is underway. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to notify guests of such modifications through appropriate channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone calls, or via personal communication delivered by duly authorized representatives of the Company, including sales personnel or designated tour escorts present during the tour.


•       In pursuit of enhancing the overall quality, feasibility, or safety of the tour experience, A2Z Trip may also substitute, add, or delete specific sightseeing locations, activities, or services. Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company and shall be binding upon all guests. In the event that such modifications introduce additional costs, fees, or charges for new services or optional activities, the guest shall be solely responsible for the payment of such amounts, and A2Z Trip shall not be liable to bear such expenses on behalf of the guest. The guest hereby agrees and undertakes to pay such additional amounts as and when communicated.


•       Furthermore, it is acknowledged that certain destinations or sightseeing attractions included in the itinerary may be accessible only on specific days or dates, such as national holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Republic Day) or during public or cultural events. Should it become impractical or impossible to conduct such scheduled visits due to political unrest, security restrictions, administrative decisions, local strikes, or any other extraordinary circumstance, the Company will make every reasonable effort to rearrange the visit to a later date within the tour schedule.


•       It is explicitly agreed and understood by the guest that any alteration, revision, or omission of itinerary elements made as a result of force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Company’s control shall not constitute a breach of contract or a service deficiency. Therefore, the guest shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, refund, or damages from A2Z Trip under any legal or equitable theory, including but not limited to consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress.
