Itinerary
Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport, depart for Kabini, a scenic retreat nestled on the southern fringes of Nagarahole National Park. Known for its lush forests, abundant wildlife, and the tranquil backwaters of the Kabini River, this destination offers a perfect escape for nature lovers. On arrival, check in at your resort and enjoy lunch. In the evening, you may opt for a jeep or canter safari into the wilderness (at additional cost), visit the Kabini Dam, or simply relax and unwind amidst the resort’s beautiful surroundings. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Kabini.

Begin your day early with an exhilarating jeep or canter safari in Nagarahole National Park, or opt for a boat safari along the serene Kabini River (additional cost). The park, with its dense forests, streams, hills, valleys, and waterfalls, is home to a diverse range of wildlife including tigers, Indian bison, elephants, and many other species, offering an unforgettable glimpse into the wilderness. A coracle ride on the Kabini River is a must-try experience — this traditional round-shaped boat, unique to southern India, provides a peaceful way to explore the river and its surroundings. Return to the resort for lunch, and spend the afternoon at leisure or enjoy optional safari activities. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay in Kabini.
Safari Information:
- Morning Safari: 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM (Jeep/Canter)
- Evening Safari: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Safari tickets must be booked offline at the Dammanakatte Forest Department in Antharsanthe. Evening safari tickets are available from 9:30 AM, and next morning safari tickets from 4:00 PM.
- Meals Breakfast
After breakfast and some time to freshen up, check out from your resort and proceed to Mysore or Bangalore Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey. Conclude your memorable tour with wonderful experiences of wildlife, nature, and serene landscapes from Kabini.
